Godrej Properties has acquired 43.61 acres (17.65 hectares) land parcel named as Godrej Plots Faridabad from BPTP. Godrej Plots will have Residential plotted growth potential of about 1 million sq ft. This company's first plotted development project in the National Capital Region. Godrej Properties had also received a 3-acre land parcel in the Chandivali suburb of Mumbai for Rs 153 crore from DIC India.
